when the order is completed, it will ship the next business day. we currently use USPS Priority Mail for shipments within the US.

most items ship the next business day, (M-F), unless otherwise noted in the item availability. Priority Mail shipments usually take 2-3 days to arrive (following credit card authorization and verification), but this time frame is not guaranteed. Delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and Rural Routes. At this time, we do not ship or bill orders internationally.

customization: Custom orders generally take 2-3 weeks to produce. From date
of purchase, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please note that this time varies
based on availabilty. If you need an item sooner, please email or call us and
we'll do our best to accomodate. Custom orders may not be cancelled or returned.

monogram fonts: please click here to view available fonts.

ordering information: We use paypal, a leading provider of online transactions,
for all our credit card processing. You do not have to have a paypal account to
complete a transaction.

sales tax: We collect 7% sales tax on products shipped to the residents of rhode
island. This is automatically added to your total.

gift wrap: we offer free gift wrap. Please let us know that it is a gift, and we
will wrap it for you.
